At Quint Group, we take mental health and employee well-being seriously. This week, we've celebrated Mental Awareness Week and highlighted this very important subject with a number of initiatives throughout the office, despite staff working from home under lock down conditions.
Employees have been nominating fellow colleagues or those in the wider community for our Quint Act of Kindness Awards to celebrate the often unsung heroes that make a positive difference to those around them through their kindness.
We’ve also held artwork competitions on the theme of kindness, and our in-house Mental Health First Aid Team are on hand to help employees during these uncertain times and beyond, with regular check-ins and support. Our online learning portal, IQ, allows us to support employees with a range of materials and video content wherever they are, all over the globe.
