Greg Cox

Chief Executive Officer

As a proven entrepreneur, Greg developed a fintech start-up into a global group of businesses, and now oversees multiple businesses in the consumer finance and payments sectors, both in the UK and internationally. Greg co-founded Quint Group in 2009 in response to a rapidly emerging consumer finance and fintech industry. At Quint’s inception, the then 28-year-old spotted a gap in the market to provide an innovative range of technology-based services and platforms that disrupt conventional operations of the consumer finance landscape.

Greg has extensive knowledge and understanding of the fintech space, has always been passionate about technology and despite his broader strategic role, continues to work closely with his Product and Technology teams. Greg is responsible for the overall direction and strategy of the award-winning group, whose notable achievements include; Queen’s Award for Enterprise in Innovation, Amazon Digital Business of the Year, Sunday Times Tech Track 100, London Stock Exchange’s 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain, Sunday Times Best 100 Small Companies to Work For.

Greg is also Chairman and Co-founder of Acquired.com - a payments business focused on supporting fintech and financial services companies.

Mike Ransom

Managing Director

Mike is a skilled business leader and team builder with an excellent track record of improving organisational performance and generating revenue.

Mike joined Quint Group in 2011 as Group Managing Director and has over 20 years’ experience in the consumer and B2B credit markets. Mike was previously Managing Director of Freedom Finance and has held leadership roles at a number of other consumer finance businesses.

At Quint, Mike draws upon his extensive experience and strategic planning expertise to position teams for rapid growth, build productive partner relationships and achieve operational excellence. Mike is passionate about Leadership, Tone and Culture and ensuring People Development is at the core of the Group’s ethos.

Anuj Bhatnagar

Chief Financial Officer

Anuj is responsible for delivering Quint’s financial strategy and oversight across the Group’s global operations.

Anuj joined Quint from IGT PLC in London, the world’s largest operator and technology provider to the gaming industry, where he served as CFO of their International Division. In that role, he managed IGT’s finance function across the EMEA, Latin America, Asia and ANZ and was responsible for $1bn (USD) of revenues.

Prior to IGT, Anuj was CFO of Eli Lilly & Co, Canada, where he managed and restructured the business, shaping the culture to drive growth. Anuj is a graduate of the University of New Delhi, India, and received an MBA from the IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland and is a Chartered Accountant.

Lee Stretton

Chief Innovation Officer - Monevo

Lee joined Monevo in 2021 with over 20 years’ experience in tech & fintech. Lee is responsible for overseeing product, data and technology for Monevo as well as working closely with the Monevo Territory Directors on overall strategy.

Before Monevo, Lee worked as Managing Director of Raisin UK, a European fintech business backed by Paypal and Ribbit Ventures among others that gives consumers across the UK and Europe a single marketplace to open and manage savings accounts. Prior to being Managing Director, Lee was Chief Technology Officer at Raisin.

Thy Tang

Chief Technology Officer

Thy's CTO experience ranges from founding small companies and start-ups to working with distributed teams in large, multi-national corporations.

He brings a wealth of experience in both business and technology disciplines with specialities including consumer credit, payment processing, web/mobile applications, and cross-platform development.

Sheraz Afzal

Legal, Risk and Compliance Director

Sheraz joined the Group in 2021, and is responsible for overseeing a fast paced Legal, Risk and Compliance team, ensuring that Quint Group can efficiently monitor and identify risks to the business.

Before joining Quint Group, Sheraz was Chief Risk and Compliance Officer for Dollar Global Finance Corp where he had been responsible for the legal, risk and compliance teams in the UK, Finland, Sweden, Spain, Portugal and Romania.

Prior to this, Sheraz held senior roles within Risk and Compliance at Welcome Financial Services (Cattles) and also the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and he graduated in law from the University of Edinburgh.

Dawn Wood

UK Territory Director - Monevo

As the UK Territory Director, Dawn is responsible for providing the Group's consumers with an excellent product range and best in class service.

Dawn has over 10 years’ experience in the Financial Services sector and has developed a wealth of financial knowledge and operational skills. During this time, Dawn has held various roles and has a proven track record in moving opportunities from the idea stage through to implementation and delivery whilst balancing consumer, business, and employee needs.

Dawn’s current focus is to lead the Lender Relations and Customer Support Teams to achieve business plan goals and support all areas to shape the future for Quint. Dawn firmly believes that putting consumers and people at the heart of everything Quint does will deliver better results.

David Brooks

US Territory Director - Monevo

David has over 10 years of consumer finance lead sales & marketing experience.

Previously, as Operations Director for Simply Media Network, David was instrumental in launching the direct sales & marketing effort in the UK and, post merger, managed Leadpoint UK, the UK's top lead exchange marketplace, driving significant growth through new product verticals and marketing channels.

His impressive portfolio of sales, performance marketing and management skills, coupled with his experience building business channels from scratch, has made him an ideal fit for leading Quint's Monevo brand in the USA.

Seb Haack

Intl Development Director - Monevo

Seb is a highly strategic proven leader in the online space. At Quint, Seb leads the Group's international development and expansion and currently oversees the Group's businesses in Australia.

Before joining Quint, Seb was Head of International Markets at Full Tilt Poker, and previously held leadership roles at BWIN and Microsoft.

Anna Beecroft

Group HR Director

With over 14 years’ generalist and operational HR experience, Anna Beecroft is a CIPD qualified Human Resources Director specialising in employment legislation, having worked predominantly in the legal sector for many years.

Anna has previously held leading employment law and HR advisory positions at Peninsula Business Services and Addleshaw Goddard LLP.

Anna has full responsibility for the HR function at Quint including recruitment and employee relations. Her key focus is to ensure Quint continues to be a great place to work!

Working closely with our specialist Learning & Development Manager, the HR team partners with all areas of the business , focusing on employee engagement, learning and development, reward and recognition

Owen Roberts

Managing Director - Credit Intelligence

Owen is a proven business leader with an excellent track record of building successful businesses.

Owen joined Quint Group in 2018 as Managing Director of Credit Intelligence and has over 15 years’ experience in the consumer credit report market. Owen was previously Managing Director of UK Credit Ratings and prior to that created Callcredit's Consumer Solutions business.

Ben Allott

Commercial Director - Infinian

Ben Joined Quint Group in 2018 and now holds the position of Commercial Director for Infinian.

He has over 16 years' experience in the sector, previously Director & CRO at Hellosoda, running the Callcredit Alternative finance team and leading the banking sector at Qire.

Ben has a proven track record of building businesses from start up and his knowledge across the global fintech finance data sector brings a wealth of experience to the team.
