Quint Group receives the coveted three-star World Class accreditation from Best Companies to Work for

We're thrilled to announce that Quint Group has recently received the coveted three-star World Class accreditation from Best Companies to Work for.

Additionally, we have ranked number 8 in the Top Ten Companies to Work for in Financial Services and listed 26 in the UK’s Best Companies to Work For league tables! This is a significant achievement for the Group, and we are extremely proud to have ranked so highly. It is a testament to our commitment to culture and creating a positive working environment for our employees.

The Best Companies survey examines employee views on various factors, business culture, benefits, management, and day-to-day life. It is considered one of the most rigorous and respected assessments of workplace engagement in the UK, and we are pleased to state that we have achieved high scores in all these areas.

Our four core values – Integrity, Passion, Innovation, and Excellence – underpin our company culture based on positive relationships with colleagues, managers, and company leaders. We foster a sense of trust, collaboration, team spirit, and support, reflected in the high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Bringing teams together is a big part of the Quint Group ethos. To unite everyone, we host various annual company-wide events – the summer BBQ and the Christmas Party are two highly anticipated events every year and in addition to this, we have smaller inter-team events such as pool and table tennis competitions, a fantasy football league, Mario Kart competitions, and more. We also have an active charity team that plans fundraising events and activities throughout the business each year, with our annual Quiz being a firm favourite!

To reward our employees, we have an extensive list of benefits, and we also like to reward and celebrate loyalty and the achievements of our employees with Long Service and Employee Awards, where those who have gone above and beyond their regular duties are recognised and rewarded.

Our extensive facilities at Glasshouse, our HQ, reflect our commitment to employee well-being. These include a new and state-of-the-art fitness centre surrounded by woodland with running/walking trails and a Cycle to Work scheme to encourage employees to care for their physical health. We have also invested in our in-house Mental Health First Aid team, who are available to offer confidential support and advice, and we also provide an EAP scheme in addition to our in-house mentoring programme.


In the office, we have invested heavily in the work environment, with hot desking and work pods. We have also created break-out spaces where employees can be productive and take a break when needed, with a pool table, table tennis, table football, XBOX, and bar, and we provide free fruit and healthy snacks in the office.
