Everyone needs a break and loves going on holiday so here at Quint you get 33 day’s holiday inclusive of bank holidays, and we reward your loyalty with an additional day’s holiday every year up to 36 days. There is also the option to buy/sell up to five days each year.

Health and Fitness

Fresh fruit is delivered to the office every week to encourage healthy eating and people can also keep fit with Everybody Gym onsite at Alderley Park who offer the use of their gym and classes at a discounted rate to our people at Quint. There are a wide variety of classes available and also woodland walks around the Alderley park site.

Break Out Area

We have state-of-the-art office with hot desks and office available, additionally there are breakout areas and chillout zones including an Xbox, Pool Table, Table Tennis and a bar where people can meet or relax. There is very often an office competition of some kind to encourage team work and competition!

Social Events

We love to celebrate our people and success with regular team socials throughout the year and a company BBQ in the summer. We also throw legendary Christmas parties.
