Business Support Assistant

The aim of this role is to provide efficient administration and business support to all areas across the group.

This is a busy role with a varied workload and we are looking for someone who is very organised, extremely proactive and adaptible, with an extremely professional and can do attitide who is willing to help and support in any situation and is comfortable working in all levels across the business.

Channel Manager - Credit Angel and Credit Perfect

We are looking for a highly organised, structured and commercial thinker to take ownership of one of the groups successful channels, which includes two products Credit Angel and Credit Perfect. Reporting directly into the CEO & MD this is a fantastic opportunity for someone to play a key role in improving and driving two key products.

Credit Angel and Credit Perfect Customer Support Agent

The aim of this role is to effectively handle all client queries through inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails, ensuring effective query resolution, client retention and a positive customer experience at all times. To respond to all requests within company guidelines, ensure all regulatory guidelines, scripts and quality monitoring frameworks are adhered to on every call. To ensure that TCF principles are adhered to at all times whether by phone or email.
